Rooms are non-smoking. Ashtrays on verandah.

Ensuite - from $140 B&B
Ensuite with Spa - $160-$190 B&B
Private bathroom - from $110 B&B
Meals:
Cooked breakfasts are available at a cost of $11.00 per person. Soups
and platters are available each evening. A selection of cafes and
restaurants are within walking distance of Holberry House.
Location:
Entering Nannup via the Vasse Highway (Busselton), turn first left into
Grange Road. Holberry House is number 14 Grange Road.
We suggest that you do not use a GPS travelling to Nannup unless you
wish to come a very scenic route.
Conditions:
- Tariffs include continental buffet breakfast, linen, GST and daily
room servicing.
- A three-night minimum may apply to Western Australian public holiday
weekends and a two-night minimum may apply to Special Event weekends.
- a 4% surcharge applies to AMEX transactions.
Cancellation Policy:
The first night's accommodation will be charged if a booking is
cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival if we are fully booked and
cannot re-book the accommodation.
